Life’s Maze

Did you ever go through a corn maze and get lost and wonder if and when someone would find you? Life can be just like that at times. We feel overwhelmed and lost, unsure what way to turn or who to call for help. We can struggle on our own and get deeper and deeper into our dilemmas, or we can turn to God and remember His promise to us, that He will never take us to any place that He will not be with us and get us through it.

“Be strong, courageous, and firm; fear not… for it is the Lord your God who goes with you; He will not fail you or forsake you.” ~ Deuteronomy 31:6

“Fear not, for I am with you;… I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties; yes, I will help you….” ~ Isaiah 41:10

Our life maze should not make us panic, but should strengthen us in our faith so that we know we can always count on God to give us directions and show us the way out of the maze and in view of a beautiful rainbow, which is just one of many of God’s promises and signs to us.

“…I set my bow in the clouds and I will remember my covenant…the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh….” ~ Genesis 9:11-16
